Shipping Policy – LVLUP Handle

Thank you for shopping with LVLUP Handle. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be processed and delivered.


1. Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a UPS tracking number.

  • Processing time does not include carrier transit time.


2. Shipping Method

All orders are shipped using:

  • UPS Ground (Standard 3–5 business days)

We do not offer express, expedited, or international shipping at this time.


3. Shipping Rates (United States Only)

Shipping rates are calculated based on the total weight of your order:

  • 0 lb – 2 lb: $9.95

  • 2.1 lb – 4.4 lb: $10.95

  • 4.1 lb – 7.5 lb: $13.95

Shipping fees are clearly shown at checkout before payment.


4. Delivery Time

UPS Ground typically delivers within:

  • 3–5 business days after your order has shipped.

Delivery times may vary depending on location, weather, or UPS transit conditions.


5. Shipping Locations

We ship to:

  • All 50 U.S. states

We do not ship internationally.


6. Tracking Information

A tracking number will be sent via email once your order is scanned by UPS.
You can track your package anytime using the UPS tracking link provided.


7. Delays, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Once UPS receives the package, they are responsible for delivery.

If your package is delayed, marked “Delivered” but not received, or appears lost:

  • Check with neighbors and household members

  • Review your tracking updates

  • Contact UPS directly for additional assistance

This does not affect any rights you may have under consumer protection laws.


8. Incorrect or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 30 days:

Include:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label

We will review your claim and resolve the issue promptly.


9. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
If the order has already shipped, the address may not be changeable.
